The property Devon helped us sell was an odd duck...two 2 bedroom 1 bath houses on one small city lot. After discussing our goals, she made several recommendations that proved to be spot on. Later when an appraisal fell short of our expectations, she was able to work with the buyer to find a "win/win" solution.
I would highly recommend her services to any one selling their home in Fremont County.

Devon was awesome in helping me and my wife purchase our first home! She made the process super simple and guided us in the direction we needed to go in to be happy with our purchase. Horror/Comedy or Disney ending? I never realized the value of having a great real estate agent until the purchase of my home; especially in a sellers’ market during a pandemic. It all started with this fixer-upper house on a gorgeous lot. Besides observable cosmetic damage, there were no damages reported on the seller’s disclosure. Inspection after inspection after inspection found roof damage, electrical code violations, mold damage, foundation damage, plumbing problems, and to top it off there were zoning violations. Devon was there to set up the inspections, present at each inspection and relaying all of the problems that were discovered. Unfortunately, it appeared more as the “Money Pit” as time evolved instead of “Under the Tuscan Sun.” After three months of inspections and re-negotiations, the offer was withdrawn. When the seller refused to refund the escrow deposit, Devon fought hard to get my full amount back. When I was ready to pull out of the housing market, Devon called me and informed me of a house that was going on the market the next day that she thought I would love. Her insight into my needs and desires in a home were spot-on and 3 weeks later I closed on my new home. If I would describe Devon in three terms, it would be hard-working, dedication and dependability. You won’t go wrong with her as your agent.

Devon was Amazing. From getting us into our home to selling our home. Helping us find our home: Starting from the second I inquired about one home. She was the only realtor to call me back right away and on a holiday weekend ( within 15 min of me submitting) . She immediately started working on getting me into the home I wanted. When we fell in love with one she fought to get me in when they tried to accept another offer. She got us in and we bought the home of our dreams! Couldn’t have done it without her support, help and drive. Literally she is the only reason we were able to get into this home Selling our home: after we realized how amazing she was getting us our dream home, we couldn’t imagine using anyone else to sell our home. She of course did an amazing job from pictures to description to suggestions. She set up a coming soon and I had the first 2 days booked with 25 showing each day. My house sold in less than 48 hours way over asking price! I would highly recommend Devon! Not only a she someone I had never met who helped and fought for her client but she is a real person!
